This place was immaculately clean, I had never seen a tattoo shop this nice. Entrance/waiting area looked like a museum; historical items/tools were placed in several display show cases, art pieces hanging on every wall, .... rooms were extra clean, the bathroom was even cleaner!!! Wow!! The most important thing by far was my tattoo artist, "Kiti"!!! I felt very comfortable with him right away, he worked on my tattoo for 7 hours without a break since I had a flight to catch going back home, A TRUE ARTIST with many qualities that are impossible to find. If I could, I would've rated him 10 stars, instead of 5. Job well done my friend, thank you, thank you, and thank you for everything.

My sister and I got tattooed by Kiti and Suni. From the booking process to the actual session was such a caring experience. Rosette the manager at Island tat was super helpful and informative about the booking process and went the extra mile to get us both in on the same day.

On the day we arrived, John, Kiti, and Suni welcomed us into the shop. The shop is up to date with Polynesian artwork displayed throughout it. Each artist's station was sanitized and cleaned.  The tattoo bench is set up like a hospital bed to make your sessions as comfortable as possible. Each artist has a tv for your convenience so you can be at ease.

Kiti genuinely puts effort into helping clients understand the art that they'll put on their bodies. He explained the history of each pattern and the meaning behind which made it special. He took his time in the details of the tattoo. Overall session took about 4 hours.

Suni did an amazing job bringing my vision to life. I showed a few designs I wanted and he did a few sketches and I loved the final result. Suni made sure I was comfortable throughout the session offering water and snacks if I was feeling faint. Overall session took about 3 hours.

For those of you who are considering getting Polynesian artwork done, I highly suggest Island Tat Evolve.
