Project Objective
Composed healed freehand by Joshawa — Arm Sleeve
Composition & Anatomical Flow
A chest panel is composed around the sternum and collarbones. Structure is mirrored or deliberately offset across the centre line, weight is carried on the pectoral shelf, and the outer edges follow the shoulder and rib lines so the panel keeps its shape as the chest expands.

The Freehand Method
Every tattoo at IslandTAT is designed freehand on the body — no stencils, no transfers. This body-flow design approach ensures the composition follows natural muscle contours and bone structure, producing work that looks powerful from every angle. The result is a tattoo that belongs to the wearer's body, not just sits on it. This piece was composed by Joshawa Elsas.
