    Project Objective

Arm Sleeve composed freehand by Maddy

    Composition & Anatomical Flow

A half sleeve is built to resolve cleanly at its own edges. The shoulder cap carries the heaviest structure, the pattern tapers as it moves down the bicep, and the lower boundary is shaped to the muscle line so the piece looks finished on its own and can still extend later.

    The Freehand Method

Every tattoo at IslandTAT is designed freehand on the body — no stencils, no transfers. This body-flow design approach ensures the composition follows natural muscle contours and bone structure, producing work that looks powerful from every angle. The result is a tattoo that belongs to the wearer's body, not just sits on it. This piece was composed by Maddy Tellez.
